Grand Targhee skiing

I have been itching to go skiing for awhile so Tim called up my brother Dan who had some free time to go skiing this week and we went to Grand Targhee. This is how my day was of skiing besides the wake up call at 5:30 for the baby feeding. -_-  For two baby feedings, Charly was hunger too because she didn't eat her dinner!

Left at 8:00 am and got up to the ski area after 9 am. It was a nice cloudy day with no wind or snow so we went up on a lift called Dreamcatcher. At the top of the mountain was bitter cold and windy, cold and windy did I mention cold. Yes it was very cold.

Dan and I came down the mountain on the Teton vista trail, the easy way down, then went into the lodge to warm up. After we warmed our toes and ajusted my boots (again) we headed over to the Shoshone area for some nice groomed runs. After a few runs there it was lunch time!! We noticed that the Dreamcatcher lift was closed. It was so windy that all of the lifts were closed except Shoshone. Now there were alot of people showing up by this time to go skiing. The clouds were so low. Well we did a few more runs then called it a day. The drive back wasn't the greatest but the skiing was better. Here are some pictures of what it was like.
