I cannot believe how much they have changed since we have been over here in England. Charly is now a Sunbeam and in Primary. She is still getting use to it Tim or I have to go with her until she is comfortable with the big change. She loved nursery so it is a very big change for her. She is learning to sit still and doing pretty good at it. Reed is doing ok with nursery, he has never really liked it. He likes running around with Tim during church. Reed is taking more interest in books now. He is starting to learn more about animals and the noises they make.

Here are some pictures of the kids in the back garden. Enjoy

New Year

Happy New Year!

I hope everyone is have a great New Year so far. We had a nice quiet Christmas here in England. We would have done more but a little bug visited our house and alas we are all sick due to the visit. So we had to cancel a lot of our plans when Charly was the first one to get sick. Then after that we started dropping like flies. The last few days Tim and I have started to feel better. Tim had the week off between Christmas and New Years so at least he could rest.

The kids had a great Christmas. Charly woke up early on Christmas morning, she wanted something to drink, and remembered something presents. She went to the closed door of the living room and said, "Christmas?" I told here not yet let's go back to bed. She did. For a minute I thought we would all have to wake up at four and open presents.

I think he wants to sleep on it.

Nice goat Timothy.

When morning came we all came downstairs to have something to drink and then we opened the presents. The kids had so much fun riding their bikes. "Happy Christmas" as Charly would say.

A winter wonderland

Oh the weather outside is delightful
But the fire is so frightful
And since we have places to go
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

Reed didn't know what to think of the snow. But he soon loved it.

The house.

The bridge over the creek.

"Swing Swing," Charly said while on the ropes.

Then she fell off the deck. This was early in December when England got hit with all that snow. Nice that the kids were able to get out and play in it. Everything stopped because of this storm.

Mom's ipod

Crazy how Charly get around on my ipod. There are so many free kid app out there, I just love it. She loves to play fruit ninja, a Curious George dictionary and abcs, a letter game, a sticker game, and of course I have a movie or two on there too. I have to tell Charly now when she asks to play George that she can play the game and no watching movies. She is getting pretty good at it. She was watching Alice in Wonderland a few weeks back and Reed wanted to watch. So here are the pictures I got.

When...

Here's what happens when the kids get a hold of the camera and what kind of pictures are taken.
